Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla - 4 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- carrots, shredded - 2 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 2 c
- Mazola oil corn oil - 2 c
How to make carrot pineapple bread:
Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and flour. Mix well, then stir in carrots and pineapple. Spray pans with Pam. Fill bread pans 3/4 and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Breads will be very moist when done.Recipe categories: Breads, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
