- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- grated carrots - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- crushed pineapple with juice - 1 c
How to make carrot pineapple bread:
Combine eggs, sugar, oil, undrained pineapple, carrots, nuts and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and mix together. Add to mixture. Pour into 2 loaf pans, bottom lined with wax paper; pans greased and floured. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
