Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- shredded zucchini
How to make zucchini cake:
Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini until sugar dissolves. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Pour in a greased and floured tube cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn on cake rack until cold.
