Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil
- sifted flour - 2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- grated carrots 1 lb - 3 c
- Blend in beaten eggs
How to make carrot cake:
