Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- brown sugar - 2 c
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- icing sugar - 3/4 c
- walnuts and raisins - 1/2 c
- drop of vanilla - 1 item
- whole meal flour - 2 c
- Frosting:1 carton cream cheese
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:1 carton cream cheese drop of vanilla3/4 c. icing sugar Cake: Put all ingredients into a greased lined pan and stir until all the ingredients are mixed together. Then place in a 350° oven and bake for 1 hour.Frosting: Soften the cream cheese; then add vanilla and icing sugar into a mixing bowl. Beat well. If not creamy enough, add a drop of milk.
