Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- milk - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- eggs unbeaten - 4 item
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 lb. box powdered sugar1 tsp. milk Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all cake ingredients together well and pour in two round floured cake pans. Bake until top springs back. Cool.Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk together. Spread on cooled cake. Garnish with pecans if desired.
