Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- tub Cool Whip - 12 oz
How to make cheese cake:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add lemon juice. Set aside; let cool. Make graham cracker crust by mixing butter and graham cracker crumbs and pressing into a pan. Refrigerate. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla and cooled jello. Fold in Cool Whip; pour over crust and chill. Top with can of cherry pie filling.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
