- powdered sugar - 3 c
- shredded carrots - 3 c
- salad oil
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla3 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, salad oil and eggs with mixer. Stir in by hand the carrots and nuts. Pour into aRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
