Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- cooking oil
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make carrot cake:
Blend oil and sugar together. Add carrots and eggs. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add nuts last. Put into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Cool.Mix cream cheese and oleo. Add vanilla and sugar. Cream well. Spread over cooled cake.
