  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 8 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • grated carrots - 3 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • Add oil, eggs, vanilla and carrots

How to make carrot cake:

Sift together first 4 ingredients and mix well. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and carrots. Bake at 350° until done.Icing:1 stick butter or margarine8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Mix and put on carrot cake.
