- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- Add oil, eggs, vanilla and carrots
How to make carrot cake:
Sift together first 4 ingredients and mix well. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and carrots. Bake at 350° until done.Icing:1 stick butter or margarine8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped nuts Mix and put on carrot cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
