- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- oil
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- grated carrots
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Bake in prepared tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes
How to make carrot cake:
Mix all ingredients; beat well. Bake in prepared tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.Glaze:1 c. sugar1/2 c. buttermilk1/2 tsp. soda1 tsp. vanilla Bring milk and sugar to a boil.
