  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • box coconut flaked - 1 item
  • Frosting:1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • white corn syrup - 1 Tbsp

How to make carrot cake:

Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Frosting:1 c. sugar1/2 tsp. soda1/2 c. buttermilk1/2 c. butter1 Tbsp. white corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla Cook 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
