Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • butter - 2 tsp
  • nutmeg
  • coconut - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • grated carrots - 2 c
  • baking soda
  • can mandarin oranges - 1 item
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour
  • box 10x powdered sugar - 1 item

How to make carrot cake:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Use a 13 x 9-inch pan.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese2 tsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 box 10x powdered sugar Mix and cover over cake.
