Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- whole-wheat flour - 1/2 c
- Granny Smith apples, pared, cored and diced - 5 c
How to make raw apple cake:
Blend first 4 ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add the next 4 ingredients and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Spread batter in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Mix together cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
