Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- oleo, melted - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumbs - 2 c
- boxes frozen leaf spinach, cooked, drained and squeezed dry - 2 item
How to make spinach balls:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Put in plastic bag after frozen. When ready to serve, heat in a 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes. May cover with aluminum foil in oven to prevent drying out.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
