  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • popped corn - 6 qt

How to make caramel corn:

Mix corn and syrup in large roaster. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. After removing from oven, toss corn with large spoon 5 to 10 minutes to prevent sticking together.
