Caramel pecan cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- caramels, unwrapped - 20 item
- 8 or 9 inch graham cracker pie crust - 1 item
How to make caramel pecan cheesecake:
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix until smooth. Combine caramels and milk in a microwave safe bowl and cook at full power for approximately 1 minute, stirring often. Add pecans to melted caramels. Pour into pie crust. Top with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
