  • milk - 1/2 c
  • Philadelphia cream cheese - 8 oz
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • instant lemon pudding

How to make cheese cake:

Stir the cream cheese in bowl until soft. Blend in 1/2 cup milk until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups milk and the instant pudding and beat very slow, about 1 minute. Pour into graham cracker crust. You can cover with your favorite fruit. Chill in icebox for 2 to 3 hours, covered with plastic wrap.
