• lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make cheese cake:

Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (creamed)1 1/2 c. sugar4 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. lemon juice Topping:2 c. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. lemon juice Crust: Mix together crust ingredients and pat on bottom of springform pan.
