Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- popped corn - 8 qt
- white syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Pop the corn and set aside. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, mixing well. Pour over popped corn, coating well. Put in shallow pan.
