Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 8 qt
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Preheat oven to 250°. Bring to boil the margarine, sugar and corn syrup; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour over popcorn and pour mixture on two greased cookies sheets. Bake for 1 hour, turning corn by stirring every 15 minutes.
