Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- popped popcorn - 16 c
How to make caramel corn:
Mix all but popcorn and baking soda. Dissolve over low heat. Boil 5 minutes on medium to high heat. Take off stove and add baking soda. Put popcorn on large cookie sheet. Pour mixture over popcorn and stir. Put in oven at 250° for 30 minutes and stir every 10 minutes. Cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
