Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 5 item
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • heavy cream - 1 qt
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • shrimp - 1/4 lb
  • crab meat - 1/4 lb
  • scallops - 1/4 lb
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, crumbled - 3/4 c

How to make seafood quiche:

Pour cream in pan. Simmer until tiny bubbles form. Remove from heat. In large bowl, beat together eggs and garlic. Add to cream. Place Cheddar cheese in bottom of pie crust.

Saute all seafood in large skillet with butter for about 8 minutes. Pour over cheese. Pour cream mixture over ingredients in pie shell. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
