Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- walnuts - 1 lb
- egg whites, at room temperature - 2 item
How to make candy nuts:
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add sugar gradually and then margarine. Fold in nuts. Bake at 275° for 1 hour. Stir every 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
