  • melted margarine - 1/4 c
  • walnuts - 1 lb
  • egg whites, at room temperature - 2 item

How to make candy nuts:

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add sugar gradually and then margarine. Fold in nuts. Bake at 275° for 1 hour. Stir every 5 minutes.
