- egg - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 1 item
- Minute rice - 1 c
- cabbage - 1 item
How to make cabbage rolls:
Boil cabbage head. Cool. Pull leaves off and fill.Filling: Mix beef, rice, egg, onion, tomato sauce and bread crumbs. Fill leaves; roll and place leaves folded side down. Cover with sauce. Cover and bake at 350° to 375° for 1/2 to 1 hour.
