  • beef pot roast - 6 lb
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • Gravy Master - 1 Tbsp
  • envelopes dry onion soup - 2 item
  • garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
  • carrot strips - 2 lb
  • to 8 medium potatoes - 7 item
  • cornstarch - 1 item

How to make pot roast of beef:

Flour and brown to make a sauce to roast beef in: Add all ingredients except carrots, potatoes and cornstarch. Bake at 350° for 4 hours. The last hour add carrots and potatoes. Bake until done. Thicken with cornstarch and water to your taste.
