Ingredients/Components
- beef pot roast - 6 lb
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Gravy Master - 1 Tbsp
- envelopes dry onion soup - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- carrot strips - 2 lb
- to 8 medium potatoes - 7 item
- cornstarch - 1 item
How to make pot roast of beef:
Flour and brown to make a sauce to roast beef in: Add all ingredients except carrots, potatoes and cornstarch. Bake at 350° for 4 hours. The last hour add carrots and potatoes. Bake until done. Thicken with cornstarch and water to your taste.Recipe categories: Time to make, Main dish.
