Dutch meat loaf
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 4
- salt
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 1/2 c
- dab of parsley to taste - 1 item
How to make dutch meat loaf:
Sauce:1/2 c. tomato sauce2 Tbsp. mustard1 c. water2 Tbsp. vinegar3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar dab of parsley (to taste) Mix first 9 ingredients. Form the loaf in a pan. Mix the sauce ingredients. Pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
