Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
How to make cabbage rolls:
Core the cabbage; cook for about 10 minutes so leaves will soften. Mix all ingredients together. Fill the leaves. Bake at 350° for 2 hours or can cook on top of stove. Cover the cabbage rolls with water. I put about 6 tomatoes on top.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
