Cabbage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated Mozzarella cheese - 12 oz
- rice - 1 c
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- to 3 cans water - 2 item
How to make cabbage casserole:
Brown ground beef with onions; set aside. Mix together and heat tomato soup, rice and water. Add ground beef. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Chop cabbage in small pieces and layer on bottom of casserole dish. Pour ground beef mixture over cabbage. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with grated cheese.
