Cabbage and beef soup
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomatoes, chopped and liquid reserved - 1 oz
- medium head cabbage, chopped - 1/2 item
- tomato can water - 1 item
- can kidney beans, undrained - 1 oz
- beef bouillon cubes optional - 4 item
How to make cabbage and beef soup:
Brown beef; drain. In large pot, mix all ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Makes 3 quarts. This soup can be frozen for later use.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
