Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- flaked coconut - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- coconut flavoring - 1/2 tsp
- cooked squash, mashed - 2 c
How to make butternut squash casserole:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into lightly greased 1-quart dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until set. Makes 5 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
