Butternut squash bake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- marshmallows - 1 item
- well beaten eggs - 2 item
- peeled, cooked and drained squash - 2 c
How to make butternut squash bake:
Add margarine to mashed squash. Add remaining ingredients and pour into a 2-quart dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Side dish, Vegetables.
