Ingredients/Components
- Margarine - 1/3 c
- Eggs - 2 item
- Pecans, chopped - 1/4 c
- Margarine, melted - 2 tbsp
- Evaporated Milk
- Granulated Sugar - 3/4 c
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Packed Brown Sugar - 1/4 item
- Butternut Squash, cooked, mashed - 2 c
- Beat eggs, milk and vanilla
How to make butternut squash bake:
Cream margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash (mixture will be thin). Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes or until almost set.Topping:1/2 c. Rice Krispies Cereal1/4 Packed Brown Sugar1/4 c. Pecans, chopped2 tbsp. Margarine, melted Combine all ingredients.
