- flour - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- garlic salt - 1 item
- boneless chicken - 2 lb
How to make buttermilk chicken:
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Place into large bowl. Pour buttermilk over chicken and add as much garlic salt, as desired. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Remove from the buttermilk and roll in flour and deep fry.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
