Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • water - 2/3 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 lb
  • Crisco
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • powdered milk - 2 tsp

How to make buttercream icing:

Put all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat on high 5 to 7 minutes. An excellent icing for decorating as well as frosting.
