  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1 tsp
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
  • 8 oz - 3 pkg
  • margarine, melted - 1/3 c
  • mini chips semi-sweet chocolate, divided - 1 c

How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:

Heat oven to 300°. In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar and margarine. Press evenly onto bottom of a spring-form pan.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened milk, beating until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. In small bowl, toss 1/2 cup mini chips with flour to coat. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top. Bake 1 hour. Turn oven off, allow to cool in oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.

Tips for perfect cheesecake: All ingredients should be at room temperature before you begin. To prevent cracking, cool cake completely in pan. To cut easily, dip sharp knife in very hot water first.
