Ingredients/Components
- warm water - 1 c
- yeast - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1 c
- flour - 12 16
- dough enhancer optional - 2 Tbsp
- Glaze: powdered sugar
- water - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 item
How to make cinnamon rolls:
Glaze: powdered sugar water vanilla Glaze while hot with powdered sugar, water and vanilla glaze. Keep it fairly thin.Add milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan and heat. Mix warm water and yeast. After cooled, add eggs, oil and yeast mixture. Gradually add flour to soft ball stage. Let rise once, then roll out. Put in pans and let rise again. Bake at 375° for 12 to 17 minutes.
Cinnamon Rolls: Roll about 1/2 to 1/4-inch thick. Slice 3/4 to 1 lb. of margarine to cover (1 to 2-inches apart). Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 pound of brown sugar. You can also add nuts and raisins, if desired. Roll and cut about 1-inch thick. Place on cookie sheets or cake pans at least 2-inches apart. Let rise about 2 hours. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
