Ingredients/Components
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- Duncan Hines all butter cake mix - 1 pkg
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
How to make orange mandarin cake:
For icing, mix well instant vanilla pudding mix, Cool Whip and crushed pineapple. Set aside until cake has cooled. For cake, mix Duncan Hines cake mix, mandarin oranges, oil, and eggs. Bake at 325° in three layers for 20 minutes. When cake has cooled remove from cake pans and ice cake making a three-layer cake.
