Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- packed light brown sugar - 1 c
How to make butter pecan sauce:
In small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar, whipping cream and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Remove from heat; stir in pecans and vanilla. Serve warm over refrigerated cheesecake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
