  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • 3 oz - 1 pkg
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • large marshmallows - 4 item
  • pineapple juice - 1 c
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • lime Jell-O - 1 pkg

How to make lime jello salad:

Melt marshmallows in pineapple juice. Add the Jell-O and stir until dissolved. While the mixture is still warm, stir in cream cheese, crushed pineapple and pecans. Place in refrigerator to cool. When cold, fold in whipped cream. Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce leaf as a salad or plain as a dessert.
