Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- beaten eggs - 12 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- sharp cheese, grated - 10 12
- cooked bacon, sausage or ham - 1 lb
- cheese croutons - 1 pkg
How to make brunch eggs:
Grease 9 x 12-inch or 8 x 12-inch ovenproof casserole dish. Put in croutons on the bottom. Next, add the cheese and then the beaten eggs in milk. Let stand overnight or for one hour in the refrigerator.Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Add the crumbled bacon, sausage or ham the last 20 minutes. Cut into squares to serve. Delicious but full of cholesterol!
