Brownie cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream
- egg - 1 item
- shredded coconut - 1/2 c
- softened butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg
- Filling:2 eggs
How to make brownie cheesecake:
Filling:2 eggs2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened3/4 c. sugar2 tsp. vanilla Topping:2 c. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, blend cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg at low speed until mixture is crumbly. Press very lightly into ungreased baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches).Filling: Beat filling ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Topping: Mix topping ingredients and spread over cheesecake. Cool. Refrigerate at least 8 hours, though the full 8 hours chilling is not absolutely necessary! Makes 20 servings.
