- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- flour - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
- mini-chocolate chips - 1 c
- finely crushed Oreo cookies
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Combine cookies and margarine. Pat firmly on bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add Eagle Brand milk. Beat until smooth and add eggs and vanilla, mix well. In a small bowl, toss together 1/Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cheese.
