- flour
- butter
- can condensed beef broth plus water to make 2 c - 1 1/2
How to make brown sauce:
Melt butter; blend in flour. Cook and stir over low heat until browned. Stir in soup. Bring to a boil and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
