- melted butter - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- fine bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- dry vermouth - 1 item
- fresh lemon juice - 1 item
- scallops - 1 item
How to make broiled scallops:
Coat scallops with melted butter and fresh lemon juice. Place on foil wrapped broiler pan. Sprinkle with fine bread crumbs, a dash of garlic powder and a little salt and pepper. Then a sprinkling of dry vermouth and under the broiler for 5 to 6 minutes. A small amount works well in toaster oven.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
