Baked stuffed shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- jumbo shrimp, cleaned and deveined leave tails on - 10 item
- fine bread crumbs - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- scallops - 1/4 lb
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- white wine - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
How to make baked stuffed shrimp:
Mix scallops, bread crumbs, salt, lemon juice, butter, white wine and garlic powder together. Lay raw shrimp on buttered baking dish, then scoop the bread crumb mix on top of each shrimp. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
