Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- slices bread, cubed - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- seafood seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- minced onion to taste - 1 item
How to make crab meat casserole:
Beat egg in bowl, add cubed bread, then crab meat and seasonings. Stir; add butter and lemon juice last. Turn into a greased dish. Dot with butter and paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.You may use shrimp with crab meat or alone, if desired.
