Broccoli-rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cooked rice
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- jar pasteurized process cheese - 1 oz
How to make broccoli-rice casserole:
Combine broccoli with onion and cook as directed on broccoli package; drain. Combine vegetables with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased, shallow 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Rice.
