Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- Bisquick - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3 c
How to make broccoli pie:
Mix broccoli, 2 cups of cheese and onion in a large pan. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into a pan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and melt, 1 to 2 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Broccoli.
