Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Put defrosted potatoes in dish and cover with 1/2 cup melted margarine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Combine milk with soup; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Combine corn flakes with 1/2 cup margarine and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
